about me and the team
My name is Dan and I was born and bred in Buenos Aires. I lived in the UK at the beginning and at the end of the 90’s experiencing at first hand a change of an era both times; first post Italia 90 and the rave scene and then the end of the so called Britpop era in 98. I grew up listening to the Sex Pistols, The Jam, The Clash and then The Bunnymen, Joy Division, The Smiths, The Stone Roses and a few years later Oasis, The Verve, OCS and many more. I was lucky enough to live in the city of Brighton so I became a huge fan of the Mod scene, scooters, and Quadrophenia.
This passion for music, football and clothes made me set up my kulbritania site back in 2012. Since then, I have managed to build a community of more than 70K lovers of music, football and clobber from all over the world.
I have done interviews with some of Britain’s finest such as Ian Brown, Noel Gallagher, John Lydon, Richard Ashcroft, Johnny Marr, Shaun Ryder, Tim Burgess as well many other designers, photographers and journalists who were part of a certain scene in the UK.
In 2016, I collaborated with Gary Aspden (adidas UK) and Ian Brown during the Sole Searching Project filmed in Buenos Aires.
In 2020, I was offered a job as Content Director at Paninaro Magazine UK an independent magazine focusing on football, music and fashion.
Together with my team, we have produced content for our audience in the UK and across the world. We’re a highly collaborative and supportive team, coming together on every project to ensure our clients get the very best result.
If you are looking for someone to develop a story and film here in South America, do not hesitate to contact us.
